Zucchini and smoked salmon pizza recipe

Between dinners and Christmas meals you have to leave a place for another type of food, in my case, between round, roasted, consommés and others it is always a pleasure to meet again with the oven in its maximum splendor to make a Zucchini and smoked salmon pizza.


  • For the mass 250 g of force flour, 125 ml of warm water, 5 g of instant baker's yeast, 15 ml of olive oil and 5 g of salt.
  • From filling we will put 4 grated tomatoes without skin, 50 gr of mozzarella, 1 zucchini cut into thin slices and 50 g of smoked salmon.

How to make zucchini and smoked salmon pizza

We make the pizza dough as per custom Mix all the ingredients, knead about 5 minutes and let stand in a bowl smeared with oil. When you have leaded, we stretch to shape the pizza.

We are going to grate the tomato. Yes, this time I used tomato, and not tomato sauce or crushed tomato or anything similar. The idea was to make a slightly more vegetable pizza.

We put all the ingredients, except the salmon. The zucchini covering all the grated tomato and some cheese on top. Bake at 230 ° C for about 7-9 minutes.

When we take the pizza out of the oven we put the smoked salmon on top so that it is "made" with the heat of the pizza itself.

If you want to give a different touch to this zucchini and smoked salmon pizza, although it is already quite different, you can make the zucchini before a little grilled, it gives a different flavor to the zucchini.
