It is an ice cream of those that are very good to make without ice cream maker, because it has enough fat in its composition and does not crystallize in excess, being creamy and very soft. Of course, not suitable for those who want to get rid of a few extra kilos.
- 500 ml of whipping cream, 1 small bottle of condensed milk, 3 tablespoons of melted butter, 1 glass of small Nutella, 100 g of crushed hazelnuts in small pieces.
How to make Nutella ice cream and hazelnuts
Start beating the cream to mount it firmly. Reserve in the refrigerator until it has to be used. Melt the three tablespoons of butter and let warm.
In a large bowl pour the condensed milk and the Nutella, stir with some rods, add the liquid butter but not hot and continue mixing until the cocoa cream is well incorporated into the condensed milk.
In a freezer plastic bag, toss the hazelnuts and beat them with a kitchen roll to chop them into rough and uneven pieces. Add to the mix. Finally pour the whipped cream to the rest of the ingredients and mix gently. Transfer the mixture to a container that can be covered and refrigerated for a few hours. To keep pouring in an ice cream maker according to the instructions of the machine or use the method of ice cubes and salt as I had explained the other day. Freeze for six hours or better all night until serving time.
